Tutte le risposte per un viaggio senza pensieri

Start with your itinerary, then compare data and validity.

• One country: choose a country plan.
• Several nearby countries: choose a regional plan.
• Multiple continents: choose a global plan.

Then select fixed data or unlimited data based on your usage. Compare available options in the Rovesgo eSIM Store.

Your device must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked.

• Check the exact model number, not only the product name.
• Confirm that there is no SIM or carrier lock.
• Some models vary by country or region.

Find your model on our compatible devices page before purchasing.

Install your eSIM before departure while you have a stable internet connection, but keep the line turned off until you need it.

• Before the trip: install the eSIM and save the instructions.
• At your destination: select it for mobile data and enable data roaming.

Because activation rules can vary by plan, review the plan details and our How It Works guide.

Most connection issues are resolved with a quick settings check.

1. Select the eSIM as your mobile data line.
2. Turn on data roaming for the eSIM.
3. Check the APN, toggle airplane mode, and restart the device.

If it still does not connect, keep the eSIM installed and follow the steps in our Help Center or contact support.

Installing the eSIM profile on your device does not, by itself, prevent a refund.

• Installed but never connected: the order may still be eligible for review.
• Connected to a supported mobile network: the plan is activated and is no longer eligible for a refund.
• Data usage recorded: the plan is treated as used.

Contact support with your order details before connecting. Review the full conditions in our Refund Policy.
