About us and these terms
Rovesgo is a trading name of VIRASAKA MOBILE LTD, company no. 16231139, whose registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. VIRASAKA MOBILE LTD is the contracting entity and “Rovesgo”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to it in these terms.
These terms govern your use of our website and apps and form the contract between you and us when we accept an order. If you buy for another person, you must be authorised to do so and ensure they know and comply with the relevant terms.
The English version is the authoritative version. Translations are provided for convenience. If a translation conflicts with the English text, the English text applies, except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.
Eligibility and device compatibility
You must be legally able to enter into the contract and provide accurate information. Before purchase, you are responsible for confirming that your device supports eSIM, is not carrier-locked, and is compatible with the plan and destination. A device model appearing on a general compatibility list does not guarantee that every regional version will work.
Orders, pricing and payment
The plan page shows the destination, data allowance, validity, price, currency and any displayed taxes or charges. We accept your order when we confirm it and provide the eSIM. We may reject or cancel an order and refund the amount actually paid where a plan is unavailable, a price or product description is clearly incorrect, a legal or supplier restriction applies, or we reasonably suspect fraud. Your bank, payment provider or any separately enabled roaming service may impose charges for which we are not responsible.
Rovesgo Credits and referrals
Rovesgo Credits are promotional account value that may be earned through eligible purchases, top-ups, campaigns or referrals and used only toward eligible Rovesgo orders. Credits are not cash, a deposit or electronic money; they cannot be withdrawn, paid to a bank account, transferred between users or earn interest.
The earning rate, value, minimum redemption, maximum proportion usable on an order and expiry date are governed by the rules displayed when the relevant transaction occurs. Credits may be used as part-payment, with the balance paid through an accepted payment method. We may reverse earned Credits or adjust a balance following a refund, cancellation, chargeback, fraud, duplicate account or programme abuse.
A referral reward is conditional on the new customer completing the first eligible, non-refunded order at or above the displayed minimum amount and satisfying any other displayed conditions. We may refuse self-referrals, coordinated or duplicate accounts and artificial transactions. We may amend or end the programme prospectively; accrued balances remain subject to their notified validity and applicable law.
Delivery, activation and validity
After successful payment, we deliver installation details electronically. Follow the instructions and keep any installation code secure. The plan page explains when validity begins, which may be on installation, first connection to a supported network, or a stated date. An installed eSIM may not be transferable to another device and, if deleted, may not be capable of reinstallation.
Fixed-data and Unlimited plans
Plans provide either a fixed data allowance or, where offered, an Unlimited or Day Pass service. “Unlimited” does not mean continuously unrestricted maximum speed. The displayed plan may include a daily high-speed allowance that resets every 24 hours; after that allowance is used, speed may be reduced as stated on the plan page. The displayed data, speed, reset, validity and fair-use terms form part of your order.
Acceptable use
You may use the service only for personal, lawful purposes and in accordance with destination laws and network rules. You must not use it for fraud, unauthorised resale, spam, network or system interference, unauthorised access, or excessive or automated activity contrary to a displayed fair-use rule. Tethering and particular applications may be limited by the plan or network.
Third-party networks and service availability
We rely on third-party eSIM providers and mobile network operators. Coverage, speed, latency and connection quality vary with location, device, terrain, buildings, congestion, maintenance and operator policies. We do not guarantee a particular speed, uninterrupted service or coverage in every place. Supported networks may change for operational reasons outside our reasonable control.
Refunds and support
Refund requests may be made within 30 days and are generally considered where the plan has never connected to a supported mobile network and no data usage has begun. Installing the eSIM alone does not make a request ineligible; provider activation, connection and usage records are decisive. We investigate technical faults attributed to our service, while device or user issues and local network conditions are not automatically refundable.
Reviews generally take 3–5 business days. After approval, a bank or payment provider may take a further 5–10 business days to show the refund. Our Refund Policy applies and your statutory rights remain unaffected. Contact [email protected] or use Contact for support.
Intellectual property
VIRASAKA MOBILE LTD or its licensors own the rights in the website, apps, Rovesgo branding, content and software. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service personally in accordance with these terms. You may not copy, scrape, modify, reverse engineer, interfere with or commercially exploit it except where applicable law expressly permits.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate service if you breach these terms, if there is a reasonable fraud, payment, chargeback, Credits/referral abuse or security concern, if a network operator or competent authority requires it, or where maintenance makes it necessary. We will act proportionately and give notice where reasonably practicable and lawful. We may preserve records and adjust promotional balances where reasonably required to investigate or remedy misuse. Rights and obligations accrued before termination continue.
Liability and statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, consumer business losses, or failures caused by your device, a third-party network, or events beyond our reasonable control. Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
Law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in your home courts remain available. We may update these terms prospectively for legal, operational, commercial or security reasons, publishing the new version and giving notice of material changes where required. Questions may be sent to [email protected] or through Contact.
